Why is the rig underpowered and emitting blue smoke?

 The engine emits blue smoke at low temperatures or under light loads, which turns into thick gray smoke as the temperature rises, accompanied by a lack of power.

① This is due to poor air intake, causing the engine oil inside the turbocharger to be sucked into the combustion chamber.
② There is too much engine oil in the oil pan, exceeding the maximum fill level.
③ Oil is entering the cylinder due to the intake valve guides.
④ Severe oil leakage into the cylinders.

⑤ Severe wear on the turbocharger rotor shaft and damage to the oil seal, causing the turbocharger to not reach its rated speed and resulting in oil leakage.
